Red Espresso is a 100% rooibos, precision-cut for espresso-style extraction. It’s made for lever machines in cafés and restaurants, and just as simple to prepare at home using a moka pot or French press. The ultra-fine cut extracts the full rooibos flavour in about eight seconds on a lever machine.

Preparation
- Lever espresso machine: 12 g Red Espresso per double shot.
- French press: 12 g per cup; steep to taste.
- Moka pot: Fill the filter basket evenly and leave space for the rooibos to expand. Add fresh water to the base, assemble tightly, and brew over low heat until the top chamber fills.
