Preparation

• Lever espresso machine: 12 g Red Espresso per double shot.
• French press: 12 g per 1 cup; steep to taste.
• Moka pot: Fill the filter basket evenly and leave space for the rooibos to expand. Add fresh water to the base, assemble tightly, and brew over low heat until the top chamber fills with a delicious Red Espresso.
